InstructureCon-BoundInstructors and Course Designers Prepare for Canvas “Mission”

Canvas has been fully adopted as the learning management system (LMS) behind Carmen. To get the most out of this new LMS, ODEE staff are accompanying 21 individuals to InstructureCon in Colorado from July 25-27. A wide variety of lecturers, professors, instructional designers and support staff from across the university will be attending this spy-themed conference. The experience will allow instructors to embark on a mission to gather Canvas intel to share with their colleges and departments.

D2L Goes Away in MaySolutions for Saving "Old Carmen" Materials

Calling all faculty and staff with instructor roles in Carmen (D2L)! Do you manage an academic course? Forum? Training course? Information portal? All of the above?!?

Please be aware that Carmen (D2L) will no longer be available as of May 14, 2017 . This includes non-academic courses or forums in which enrollment is not controlled by the Registrar. There is no automatic conversion process for this content, so it is up to you to decide the best destination for anything you are currently hosting with Carmen (D2L).
