What do I do if I'm encountering a delay / disconnection?

Check your Connection Status by clicking the colored vertical bar to the right of the Help button, in the top right corner of the meeting room.

If Connection Status is not Excellent, you may need to connect through a different network. For example, a wireless network may cause problems if you do not have a good connection speed.

If you are the Host or Presenter: All meeting rooms can optimize the room bandwidth to get the best experience.

Choose Meeting > Preferences > Video (or Share Pod) within each individual room. The default Quality setting is Medium. Setting this option to Medium provides a good experience for users on LAN and broadband connections. If are experiencing issues, setting the Quality option to Low may be more appropriate.
