Issue: Some CarmenConnect users have reported getting booted out of meetings, particularly after being placed in breakout rooms. This is caused by a bug in the current Adobe Connect Add-in (Version 11.9.978.354). Some customers have reported the add-in crashes in various versions of Windows and Mac OS X.
Resolution: Adobe recommends un-installing the current Add-in (Version 11.9.978.354) and re-installing the previous Add-in version until this issue is resolved. Please consult your local technical support if you need help un-installing the current version.
