Please, read-on for more information about supported formats, media drop-off locations, processing time, and the title addition request form.
- DVD and Blu-ray movies
- Non-Region 1 DVDs in PAL or SECAM
At this time we are only able to accept titles supplied on physical media. We cannot accept videos purchased digitally from iTunes, Amazon, or other retailers.
Please see the complete list of requirements and restrictions for title additions.
Physical masters should be brought in person or sent via Campus Mail to ODEE. Please indicate your drop-off location in the form below.
Time Required to Add a Title
ODEE prioritizes the processing and addition of titles to the library based on the date they are needed by the instructor. Titles are typically processed within a two-week window from when the physical media is received.
During high demand times, such as the beginning of the semester, please get your media to us as soon as possible. During this time your media will be prioritized by the date needed, followed by the order in which it was received.
For more details on how to add temporary or permanent titles and required formats please see the Resource Center help article.
