Some of my entries are not displaying on my dossier report even though I have entered them into my profile. Why is this happening?

Those eligible for promotion or tenure during the 2017 calendar year are welcome to continue using RIV knowing that support for the retiring system is limited.

There could be a number of reasons why an entry is not displaying on the dossier report. The two most common explanations are that the time period entered for the dossier report is not correct, or the entry that is not displaying on the dossier report is missing information in a required field.

What you can do

Check the following areas to see if you can find the missing or incomplete information.

  • Are all of the required fields filled out for the entries that are not displaying on the dossier report?
  • Is the Period ('From:' and 'To' date) set up correctly for your dossier report? Do the dates encompass the entry that is not displaying?
