Students have reported not being able to use Pearson MyLabs and Mastering products. Students have experienced two different issues:
Issue 1: On a laptop or desktop, users have been able to log-in but may experience a “Your Session Ended” error.
Work-around: This error can be resolved by clearing the browser's cache and cookies and making sure cookies aren't blocked. Follow the steps in the Help articles for your preferred browser.
Issue 2: Users are not able to access Pearson products on an iPad using either the Safari browser or the Canvas app.
Work-around: Use a regular laptop or desktop computer instead of an iPad or another tablet device.
