If you are looking to reserve a space, please utilize the following contact information.
Requests for reservations must be made two weeks prior to the desired reservation date and are based on room availability. Any adjustment to existing reservations should be made through the Scheduling Office, as outlined above.
Arrangements must be made in advance for any reservation which will be attended by non-OSU personnel who will require Internet access. Please see the OCIO's Sponsored Guest Page for information regarding account setup.
STUDENT ORGANIZATION REQUESTS
Please submit all room reservation requests through the Ohio Union: ohiounion.osu.edu/eventservices/event_reservation.asp.
FACULTY AND STAFF REQUESTS
Please send all room reservation requests to the contacts listed based on the relevant academic semester or contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
If special software is required during a reservation, please use the Software Installation Request form.
