As you design your iTunes U course, you will want to ensure that you have great visual components that complement the content of your course and meet OSU branding guidelines. Each course will need an icon, termed "Course Image" within the iTunes U site manager. You will also have the option of adding a course banner, though it isn't required. In order to create an icon, you'll want to consult with a designer from the Office of Distance Education and eLearning (ODEE). You may provide an image you would like to use and ask the designer to put it into the icon template for you, or you can ask the designer to create an image and icon for your course.
