By default, new pages are added as part of the primary navigation on your site as they are published. You can create custom navigation menus using your blog posts and pages.
To access the Menu page, click Appearance from the left navigation and select Menu.
Before you create a custom menu, be sure all your desired pages, posts, categories and tags are created.
Screen Options - You menu item choices include: pages, posts, links, categories and tags. Screen Options allows you to choose which items are displayed, or not displayed, below. Check the box next to each option you want displayed. Click Screen Options to close the Screen Options. By default, the Posts item is hidden by default.
Create Menu - To create a new menu, type a Menu Name and click Create Menu. See Creating Menus for details.
Expanding, Collapsing and Rearranging Menu items - Here is where you add items to the menu. Choose a post, page, category or tag and click Add to Menu. You can also create a custom link to add as a menu item.
