Your teaching data from summer 2012 to the present will populate in Vita's Academic Courses Supporting Data form.
Course data in Vita updates nightly, based on information in the Registrar's system. You can expect to see courses for which you are listed as Primary Instructor or Secondary Instructor.
Registrar information will be imported into Elements and then displayed to you for editing in the Supporting Data form. Once you have edited a record in the Supporting Data form, we will no longer update any of the related fields in Elements.
Data provided in these records will appear in the Teaching 1) Undergraduate, graduate, and professional courses taught table in the core dossier with the exception of the Academic Level and Notes fields, which do not appear on the dossier.
Records are displayed in the format: term department course number and title (credit hours) this information is pulled from the Registrar's system.
